July 19, 2026 - Located in the heart of British Columbia between Williams Lake and Prince George, Quesnel is a superb mountain biking destination and the perfect place to explore untapped trails, no matter your skill level.

Explore the wonders of Wonderland’s network featuring 12 mountain bike trails with a mix of technical downhill or enduro-style trails. Dragon Mountain showcases Quesnel’s most technical, advanced riding with 14 mountain bike trails along with an eMTB trail.

The Quesnel Bike Park is a new, rapidly growing spot in the City of Quesnel that features 22 mountain bike trails, along with 15 e-bike trails plus many other features such as three sets of progressive dirt jumps (Green, Blue, Black) and a paved pump track with wallride and nighttime lights.

The Riverfront Trail System is a paved, scenic, peaceful circle tour that offers two routes through the community, the 5km downtown loop and the 4.3km West Quesnel loop, connected by the Fraser River Footbridge.

Quesnel also hosts events such as the new Lhtako Dene Mountain Bike Festival held at the end of August in the Quesnel Bike Park with events for all ages, and hosted by the Gold Rush Cycling Club.

Following a day on the trails there are plenty of options for refuelling with bars, bistros, grills, restaurants, cafes and pubs. Visit the Barkerville Brewing Co. to quench your well-earned thirst.

There’s also a wide array of accommodation options to suit any price range including hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts, along with camping and RV opportunities.
