March 7, 2023 - (Hamilton, ON) The 29th annual Paris to Ancaster Bike Race welcomes racers on Sunday, April 30 to start their journey in Paris and cycle to Ancaster over the roughest farm lanes, trails and gravel roads they could find, in the classic spring race that began in 1994.
P2A was overwhelmed with positive feedback and continues to deliver the same memorable experiences year after year. With trails ranging from intensely immersive to more scenic routes, there is something for everyone.
This year, Paris to Ancaster has been awarded the honour to host the 2023 Canadian Gravel Championship… and we are proud supporters of The Blue Mountains Gravel Fondo!
And remember, every dollar raised through Paris to Ancaster supports groundbreaking research at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton. Of course, any riders, regardless of the riding course, on any day can fundraise, donate and support St.Joe’s by signing up here.
We can’t wait to see you all!
Our P2A rider heat map is getting warmer as more and more of you sign up to participate! We have over 2500 participants to date and we can’t wait to see each and every one of you!
Expect the return of the 100k (P2A CENTO), 70k (P2A CLASSIC), 45k (P2A BRÈVE), and 20k (P2A FAMILY Ride for Research) races. Including the famous mud pits and the notable climb to the finish sure to make crossing that finish line that more rewarding. Here, racers will be able to immerse themselves in the vigorous trails set by race directors John Thorpe and Tim Farrar.
