One of the standout routes is the St. Clair River Trail, a 35-kilometre paved trail tracing the river’s edge. It’s flat, scenic, and ideal for relaxed rides or recovery days, passing through the Carolinian forest zone, riverfront communities, and historic stops like Moore Museum.

The Bluewater Trails of Sarnia and Point Edward offer smooth connections through waterfront parks and urban pathways, while quieter concession roads lead inland to Petrolia, a beautifully preserved Victorian town, and Oil Museum of Canada, where cycling meets Canadian industrial history.

Food-minded cyclists can build routes around the region’s growing taste-of-place scene via the Cheers to the Coast Trail with craft breweries, wineries, cideries and meaderies scattered across the county.
